Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, pleomorphic, small, medium, large-cell. 6 months old, clinically little characteristic, reddish-brown, rough, smooth surface (flat erosions are detectable at the proximal node), little symptomatic plaques and nodules. No other evidence of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma of the mycosis fungoides type.
