Circumscripts of scleroderma (plaque-type). 24 months ago, a progressive, 26 x 21 cm large, flat, partially white-porcelain-like indurated area appeared for the first time in a 21-year-old patient. Additional findings were extensive brownish hyperpigmentation as well as multiple, partly very dark pigmented nevi in a trunk accentuated distribution.

scleroderma circumscripts (plaque type). large, map-like bizarrely limited, brown, smooth plaques. no recognizable inflammatory symptoms. there is no feeling of tension. no pain. comment: apparently largely aphlegmatic (healed) scleroderma.

Circumscribed scleroderma (generalized plaque type): almost universal infection of the integument; typical of circumscribed scleroderma is the recess of the nipples and the perimamillary region.

Circumscripts of scleroderma (plaque-type/variant: Atrophodermia idiopathica et progressiva) Survey picture of the back: size-progressive, large-area, erythematous-livid to brown, confluent, discreetly indurated spots and plaques in the area of the back in a 68-year-old female patient. In the area of the flank and the lumbar spine, clearly sclerosed plaques of whitish colour with partly distinctly atrophic surface and partly livid marginal margins are found.

Circumscriptal scleroderma (plaque-type/variant: Atrophodermia idiopathica et progressiva) Survey picture of the trunk: 2 years ago for the first time appeared, since then size progressive, large-area, erythematous-livid to brown, confluent, discreetly indurated spots and plaques in the region of the trunk in a 68-year-old female patient. In the region of the lower abdomen on the right side clearly sclerosed plaques of whitish color with partly distinctly atrophic surface and partly livid margins are found.

Circumscribed scleroderma (plaque type): for about 2 years first occurring, since then progressive in size, large, brown, locally confluent, moderately indurated stains and plaques in the area of the trunk in a 28-year-old female patient.

The skin lesions have now been discovered (by chance) after sunbathing. Histology: No evidence of Lichen sclerosus.

Scleroderma circumscripts: for years increasing findings with blurred, poorly indurated, completely symptom-free plaques.

Scleroderma circumscribed, atrophying type (Atrophodermia idiopathica et progressiva Pasini-Pierini): Rather beekeeping development for about 1/2 year, no subjective complaints.

Circumscript scleroderma (profound type): pronounced atrophy of cutis, subcutis and fascial tissue. resistance to therapy.

differential diagnosis "scleroderma circumscripts" : diagnosis: generalized cGVHD: general ized, scleroderma-like, hardly itchy generalized graft versus host disease. graft-versus-host disease occurred about 2 years after stem cell transplantation. poikiloderma with bunchy, hyper- and depigmented indurated plaques.
