Artifacts. Completely unsystematic, striated scarring.

Artifacts: multiple, non-itching, flat, pyodermic ulcers up to 2.0 cm in diameter in an otherwise completely healthy patient, occurring anew without apparent reason. the new occurrence of skin changes cannot be plausibly justified. reasons different and not comprehensible. manipulation is strictly negated.

Artifact. Acute blistering, unexplained cause.

artifacts. few partially excoriated papules in the sense of scratch artifacts on the breasts of a 35-year-old woman. the patient denies the artifact component. rapid healing under bandages (diagnostically almost proving artificial mechanism).

Artefacts: Acutely occurring, mainly trunk-accentuated, sharply defined, partly bizarrely bordered, extensive reddening of easily accessible skin areas in a 27-year-old woman (left-handed). The back area is recessed, partly "hand-like" lesions, in the shown case preferably on the right side of the body.

Artifacts. flat erythema with sharp angular border lines, allegedly existing since 1 week in a left-handed woman. rapid healing under bandages (diagnostically almost proving an artificial mechanism). the signal character typical for a genuine dermatosis is missing!

Erythematous spots, papules and plaques in artificial shape and arrangement; typically in an easily accessible location.

Artifacts: Multiple, sharply defined, predominantly circular, crusty ulcers on the back of the right hand without plausible trigger.

Artifacts.

Multiple, round, "eczematous" flat, sharply defined ulcerations in an otherwise healthy 27-year-old female patient. CVI, AVK or immunological underlying diseases were not detectable.

Artifacts: Multiple weeping ulcers without apparent reason, non-itching flat ulcers up to 3.0 cm in diameter in an otherwise completely healthy patient.

Artifacts: Multiple, deep, punch-like ulcerations in an otherwise healthy 27-year-old female patient. CVI, AVK or immunological underlying diseases were not detectable.

Artifacts. Multiple erosions, scabs from scratching.
