Definition

Seltener, gutartiger, vom intraepidermalen Ausführungsgang ekkriner Schweißdrüsen ausgehender Tumor, der sich über die oberen und mittleren Anteile des Koriums ausdehnt. Im Vergleich zum ekkrinen Porom deutliche Zell- und Kernpolymorphie, erhöhte Mitoserate. Übergang zum Porokarzinom möglich.

Therapie

Exzision mit Sicherheitsabstand (3–5 mm).
