Durchführung

  • Die spezifische "Ultrakurz-Insektengift-Immuntherapie" wird über zwei bis drei Tage durchgeführt. Beginn mit 0,01 μg Insektengift, kumulative Dosis von 150 μg am ersten Tag und 200 μg Insektengift am zweiten Tag.
  • Vorteil: Geringe kumulative Dosis bei rascher Steigerung der Konzentration des Insektengifts. S.a.u. Immuntherapie, spezifische.

Hinweise:

  • Patienten nüchtern lassen. Notfallbereitschaft herstellen: Braunüle, Dauerinfusion, Sauerstoff und Notfallset ans Bett. Essen 1 Std. nach Abschluss des Therapiezyklus.

  • Nächste Injektionen in Intervallen nach 1 Woche, nach 2 Wochen, 3 Wochen. Anschließend im Intervall von 4 Wochen fortführen.
