Wirkungsspektrum

Citrobacter diversus, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Erysopelothrix rhusiopathiae, E. coli, Klebsiella spp., Moraxella catarrhalis, Neisseria spp., Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp.

Indikation

Atemwegs-, Harnwegs-, Haut-, Weichteil- und Wundinfektionen durch grampositive Erreger (außer Listerien), Gonorrhoe.

Dosierung und Art der Anwendung

Erwachsene/Kinder > 1 J.: 2-3 g/Tag in 2-3 ED i.v.
Kinder nach dem 1. Lebensmonat: 25-50 mg/kg KG/Tag.
Kinder nach dem 1. Lebensjahr: 50-100 mg/kg KG/Tag.

Hinweis(e)

Gegen Staphylokokken am stärksten wirksames Cephalosporin.
